Joe's Bar can be found literally in the middle of greater downtown Boulder Creek which is located in Santa Cruz county on the California central coast.
Take California State Highway 9 to milepost 13 and look for our sign (right side of this page) which is on the right side of Highway 9 if you're coming from Santa Cruz.

About Highway 9:
The city of Santa Cruz is at milepost zero at the southern end of Highway 9, Boulder Creek covers mileposts 12.4 through 13.5, and the town of Los Gatos in Santa Clara county is at the northern end of Highway 9 at milepost forty-something.
If you're unfamiliar with Highway 9, it's a twisty two-lane through a redwood forest, with blind corners, narrow bridges, and lots of side roads, so please drive carefully. Oh, and watch out for the deer too.
